Have fun with the whole family at this modern farmhouse. It is situated on a small private equestrian property so you can enjoy the views of horses being worked and in the paddocks. It is a modern bungalow with some traditional features on one level, it has plenty of room for children or dinner parties. It has two double bedrooms and a single with a pull out mattress underneath. The property overlooks the stable block, please only enter the stables if you have someone accompanying you. In terms of the property, you have access to main farmhouse. Attached to the farmhouse is a modern extension, this will be locked and you will not be able to access this area. We will be available throughout the day and just a phone call away if any issues arise Situated on the outskirts of St Mawgan-in-Pydar village this house offers picturesque views over the Carnanton Estate. In 5-10 minutes walking distance down the country road is the local pub which offers a great beer garden and nice pub meals. Also the village has a small shop, park, church, gift shop, tea-room, Japanese gardens and is home to a historic convernt. A 3 minute drive down a country road leads you to Mawgan Porth beach, a fantastic family friendly beach with a pub, restaurant, pitch and putt and a handful of local shops. Best way to travel is by car, the roads are fairly narrow and quiet.
