Double bedroom in charming terraced cottage in the stunning National Park area of Loch Lomond. Additional rooms by arrangement. Just outside Drymen on the road to Balmaha This location is ideal for anyone walking the West Highland Way or visiting the surrounding areas. Ground floor room with plenty of storage and small table for 2, toilet next to room. Shared bathroom with shower and bath upstairs. Towels are provided. SKY TV and WIFI in room. Self service continental B/Fast included in rate The Cottage is a traditional cottage with cosy open fire in the living room. I have a friendly fluffy long-haired cat, whilst I try and kept her out of the guest room as much as possible she sometimes sneeks in! People with pet allergies need to be aware. She is free to roam around the house. There is an 2nd bedroom with a double bed upstairs which can be hired at an additional cost. Shared bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the open plan kitchen to prepare food, make tea & coffee along with use of dining area. Tea, coffee, milk and suger are provided. There is a small garden area with seating at the back. Washing machine, dryer, iron also available on request. Parking is on the main road, there are no parking restrictions. The local bus stop is close by. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and village shops in nearby Drymen and Balmaha. Strictly no smoking inside the cottage. IF YOU HAVE ARRANGED A DROP OFF /PICK UP BAG SERVICE PLEASE ADVISE ME IN ADVANCE Due to Covid-19 I will need to restrict access to some areas to ensure social distancing. Guests will have access to open plan kitchen/dining/living room, back garden and shower/bathroom upstairs. Host will be avaliable at most times. Check in after 4pm Key Safe in place. Dinner can be provided at additional charges. Please advise on booking and we can discuss your preferences. It will be guest’s responsibility to advise of any allergies. The Cottage is in the beautiful National Park of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs on the East side of Loch Lomond between Drymen and Balmaha. There a plenty of walks to do at differing levels. The nearest being the Conic which can be walked from The Cottage. The nearest train stations are Balloch (9 miles), Milngavie (11 miles) and Stirling (21 miles). Glasgow International Airport is 15 miles. There is a bus from Balloch (no 309) which stops very close to the cottage Covid-19 impact: All bedding and towels will be provided however guests may feel more comfortable bringing their own. Please advise prior to arrival. I would ask guests to let take a LFT rapid flow test prior to arrival, and wear masks in communal areas.
