The Bettino hill is a prestigious property that has just been renovated. Immersed in the green hills of the Marche in Civitanova Marche, this cottage will give you an intimate and reserved nature, to enjoy your stay in a pleasant way and in complete relaxation. Carefully furnished environment of over 90 square meters, with 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a large living area with fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large outdoor area. The accommodation overlooks the surrounding garden, an olive grove as well as a pond with water lilies, fish and frogs and enjoys great brightness and a nice panorama. The external part, about one hectare large, is equipped with a wood oven, a barbecue and garden furniture that allow you to eat outside. Recently, an area with swimming pool, gazebo and solarium has been created in the property which, upon specific request, can be used by guests of the Poggio di Bettino in an exclusive or shared way. The entire cottage, the external courtyard in front and the garden equipment are available to guests. Throughout my stay I will be available for information, tourist advice and for any need. The property is just a few minutes from the ancient medieval historic center of Civitanova Alta, with small shops, banks, post office and restaurants. From here it is possible to travel by car to reach many tourist destinations: - Civitanova marche with beaches and branded shopping (5 Km) - Sibillini National Park (60 Km) - Conero Natural Park (30 Km), - Frasassi Caves (90 km) - Marian shrine of Loreto (25 Km) - Macerata with the Sferisterio Opera Festival (15 Km) - The ancient and fascinating medieval villages within the region, with the best cellars of our DOP and IGP wines and typical gastronomic products. Nearby there are stables for horseback riding. The entire apartment, the courtyard and the front garden and the one to the west are exclusively available to guests. All rooms are equipped with garden furniture and equipment. The courtyard below, the agricultural area dedicated to the storage of tools and the olive grove can be visited on request. The solarium area with gazebo and swimming pool, the cost of which is not included in the rental of the apartment, is accessible upon specific request.
