Yeabridge Farm Hideaway, Hare Yurt - Luxury yurts

We have 4 luxurious yurts for you to enjoy on the site. All sleeping 5 people. One double bed and 3 single futons as well as a cosy woodburner. There is also a fantastic communal kitchen with everything you need. This combined with your own shower room gives you a great glamping experience. THE PRICES LISTED ARE FOR 1 YURT ONLY. Joe and Victoria Broughton welcome you to their glamping site on their family farm. The site is down a secluded private track and surrounded by fields of maize and grass where you will be able to relax in the peace and tranquility of the site, hidden amongst the fields in a small secret woodland copse. The site is perfect for group bookings and we are happy to hire the whole site to you but also great for individual families as each yurt has its own private space with the communal area there for you to use when you wish. The yurts sleep 5 and we do have travel cots available for younger guests. Each yurt has its own private locakble shower room for the duration of your stay along with charging points for your electrical gadgets. Each yurt also has is own seperate toilet. In the kitchen area each yurt has its own work station, fridge and picnic table, however there is a conventional communal range cooker and barbeque if camping stoves do not take your fancy. You are advised to bring a torch as although there is solar lighting there is no electrical lighting on site and so at night it can become very dark. Great for star gazing ! With 4 yurts available there may be 4 families at any one time or we are happy to accommodate group bookings. You have full access to the facilities on site. A short walk from the site and you will find the farm lake which you are free to wander around or take a picnic to. If you are really quiet then there is plenty of wildlife down there for you to watch and really get back to nature. It's not unusual to see deer, ducks, swans, foxes or at dusk a barn owl. We have many animals here on the farm. Pigs, sheep, lambs and chickens! If the time is right you are more than welcome to come and bottle feed the lambs, watch us feed the pigs or hire your own chicken coop with chickens who will deliver your own fresh egg every morning. Yeabridge Farm is only a short distance from the neighbouring village of Over Stratton with a lovely local pub and South Petherton, where you will find plenty of local shops. The site is perfectly placed for exploring the South West. Lyme Regis is only half an hour drive away and there are plenty of attractions nearby to visit. Parking is available on site.
