A beautifully appointed contemporary loft in quiet peaceful surroundings. Set on 450 acres there is plenty of land over which to relax and enjoy. For those of you that love to ride, bring your horse - stabling and day yards are available. Just 1.75 hrs from Melbourne & 25 mins from Shepparton we are located in the centre of Australia's largest foodbowl. Come and experience our farm gate sales and boutique wineries. There are an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The loft is a purpose build contemporary two bedroom apartment sitting high above the 24 stable complex. Tranquil, peaceful surroundings with views across the entire farm.......hardly another house in site! The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is comprised of one queen bed in the master bedrooom, and a set of bunks in the second bedroom. If you need to accomodate more than we can provide an additional roll away bed and full bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out onto the north facing timber deck where a dining table and bbq is provided for you to enjoy the outdoor living. The stable complex is currently unoccupied so you wont be woken early. You are welcome to bring your dog as there is a large round yard under the loft that provides a safe enclosed area for them to run and play!. There is plenty of free onsite parking. If I am present I am will allow guest to have complete privacy unless they want help or information about anything, in which case I am more than happy to assist. Situated about 8 kms west of Tatura, we are just a short drive to the local IGA and Foodworks supermarkets, chemist, pubs, butchers and award winning bakeries - the vanilla slice is amazing! Also only 8 km from the Waranga Basin - one of the largest storages of water in Victoria. Waranga Basin is a very popular fishing spot and conditions are also ideal for sailing and windsurfing. Shepparton is about 25 mins drive and is home to many great restaurants, wineries and activities to keep the whole family entertained. Visit the Shepparton Art Museum, Kids Town, Fun City, Emerald Bank, The Chocolate Apple Factory, pick your own strawberries or enjoy a stroll around Victoria Park Lake. (URL HIDDEN)
