The Cottage on West Jefferson

Experienced Airbnb Hosts offering this adorable little brick home in West End. It's just minutes from coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and the downtown area as well as the mall area. This home is a wonderful stay for traveling doctors/nurses, holiday visits, travelers, weekend getaways or any other occasion. The home is also for rent for short term jobs or extended stay. The nightly price will automatically reduce for longer stays but if it doesn't feel free to reach out to me. Our house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living room has Roku and Netflix and all passwords will be online here and also posted in the kitchen for easy access. The space is professionally cleaned and laundered after each guest checks out so that it is always fresh and tidy for guests. The kitchen has all the basics, dishes, silverware, pots and pans traditional coffeemaker and Keurig. but if there is something specific you need please let us know. Our check in system is an automatic key code. We have outlined the instruction in the "Guest Access" portion of the listing. The thermostat is a NEST system and you are welcome to adjust it according to your comfort and needs. Guest will have access to the whole house and back yard which is great for entertaining. There is a new washer and dryer with complementary detergent located in the basement. Our check in system is an automatic key code. Check in is always after 2pm. You will receive your specialized code 1 hour before you are meant to check in (1PM) if you need to check in earlier that is usually not a problem but please tell us in advance and we can give you another code. The keyless entry system is very simple as long as you type in your special code and press "#". To lock it you simple hold the "#" and that is it. As much or as little as needed. We are always close by if something is needed but we let you enjoy your stay without interruptions. Please contact us directly if you need anything we are more than happy to take your call. Otherwise we will touch base at check in. The West-End Vibe that makes Paducah feel like the fun and artsy city that it is. Lower town and downtown and just a few minutes drive. Admire our beautiful riverfront and all of the specialty shops we have to offer downtown. 2-3 Parking spots in front of home, 1-2 in back with covered carport. We are not new at the hosting thing so we guarantee that your stay will be wonderful or we will make it right! Please enjoy the house and back yard. Feel free to use the washer and dryer downstairs but be very careful with the steps, they are sturdy but steep.
