Charlotte Douglas Airport is a 30+min beautiful drive on country roads with lake views . A hiking trail runs past our property and the neighbors clydesdales and quarter horses. The driveway welcomes you to the country as cuts thru 70 ft southern pines. We hope you love it as much as we do. The house a simple home, yet offers the feel of farm country. There is a Christmas Tree Farm across the street , and our neighbors & manager of the property is a real life cattle rancher. The best part of our home is the people in the neighborhood. We are always available to answer any questions, And our neighbors although you might not see them are always keeping an eye out. The property is gated but after booking we will make sure you have access. There are 3 areas where you can travel to get things you need. Lake Wylie, Walmart , Lowes, Publics lake access and River hills Golf course. Newport Walmart , And Rock Hill that has almost anything you need if in the area for work. Charlotte is also easily accessible on some beautiful country roads that pass close to the lake. We like the area because we are country people, yet easy access without much traffic to Charlotte or Rock Hill or Fort Mill.
