A home on the Ocean.....Wetakeiya House is a well furnished three-bedroom villa on the south coast of Sri Lanka. Easy going and comfortable, this villa is the place to relax and unwind in both luxury and privacy. Close to the fishing town of Dikwella and walkable distance to two swim able and surfing beaches. The house is on top of a headland with a fantastic view and a garden that leads down to the ocean. The villa has three bedrooms. The master with king-sized bed, faces south to the ocean. Two bedrooms, with queen size beds overlook the pond and garden. All have spacious bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is an extra single bed and a travel cot for children on request. Outside the master suite, a covered veranda offer a large day bed and stunning views. Memorable meals are served at the large dining table. A cosy television room and comfortable lounge are a respite from the days sun. The Ambalama (at the front of the garden) is lovely to relax in, practice yoga, read a book or watch the peacocks on the rocks as the sun sets. The house is taken care of by a friendly couple who speak English. swimming pool, a choice of two swim able beaches, wifi, TV private ambalama for yoga and to unwind with a sundowner. Available for advice and information when required. A residential area by the ocean. Great for surfing and swimming. Public transport can be found in Dikwella or a tuk tuk or car and driver can be arranged through our housekeeper.
