Quiet 3-room apartment near old town and airport

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge. The rooms include a small wardrobe, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space, a bright bathroom with bathtub plus shower, a separate toilet, a friendly living room with a comfortable large couch. The living room also has a FullHD television (with Amazon-Prime access and Playstation 3), a pull-out day bed and a small play area for children. In most cases I am available around the clock, as I only live one floor below. Although close to the airport (2 km) the area is very quiet and idyllic. The Glan recreation area is only a few minutes' walk away. Besides the shopping facilities in the old town of Salzburg there are 2 large shopping centres nearby. (Designer Outlet Salzburg - 2 km away; Europark - 6 km away) The Königssee in neighbouring Bavaria (30 kilometres away) and the unique town of Hallstatt (80 kilometres away) are particularly suitable for day trips. For "sound of music" fans, the picturesque Hellbrunn with its fountains lies only 6 kilometres away. Many large ski areas (Ski amadé, Snow space Salzburg etc.) can also be easily reached by car within an hour. And don't forget: the magical Untersberg, which can also be easily reached by cable car, is only 8 kilometres away. Those who like to play can get their money's worth at the casino in Klessheim, which is only 6 kilometres away. There is a bakery about 800 metres away and the famous Stiegl brewery (Stieglsbrauwelt) is only 2.4 km away. There is a bus every 15 minutes to the old town. (duration 17 minutes). The bus stop can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is also a quiet cycle path along the Glan (stream) into the old town. (Duration approx. 15 minutes) Also the journey by car is uncomplicated, the motorway exit airport is approx. 4 km away and there is a large guest parking lot directly in front of the house. Covid 19 Update: Due to the occasion, the apartment is conscientiously disinfected and thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Disinfection sprays are available to guests free of charge. A check-in without personal contact is also possible, if desired.
