5 Bedroom Beachfront Home with a View in Sydney

Our 5 bedroom Sydney beachfront home is the ultimate choice for expansive water views, dramatic sunsets and just footsteps (25 metres) from a white sandy swimming beach. A private, open plan, entertainer's paradise a 2 minute walk to a national park, 15 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes from Sydney CBD by car. Our home is modern, private and secure with a vast downstairs living, kitchen and dining flowing out onto a huge balcony where you enjoy water views. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with 3 ovens, large stone bench tops and 5 gas burners. There are 2 living spaces, one with large TV (Netflix, platinum FOXTEL + wireless internet), and another to enjoy the view. On this level there is a large bathroom with bath & separate shower, a single bedroom, large king bedroom (with access to the back yard) and laundry. Upstairs are: - 3 more huge bedrooms (one SuperKing, one queen bed, and another with 2 single beds and a single sofa that may be used as an extra bed) , 2 with views and 2 with walk in robes, - living area (double sofa bed) with TV, - bathroom and a - large balcony with fantastic water views Our home has a security gate and outdoor shower, we often don't even bother with towels when we go to the beach as it is 25 metres down a sandy path for a dip, and simply shower on the way back in. Our backyard is not big, but is large enough to fit a trampoline and accommodates some simple ball games. Just 100 metres away there are large parks and coastal walks/bike tracks. Directly across the road (20 metres away) there is an outdoor gymnasium. We have 3 kids aged 9 and under so there are plenty of toys/books/sporting equipment should you require it. Our home has parking for 2 or more cars on the driveway. Highchair and portacot available on request. Our home is our family home and is also home to 3 children, so it will not present like a 5 star hotel, but will be clean and functional as the photos indicate. You will have access to the entire home, 5 bedrooms, 2 large balconies, 2 internal living areas and back yard. FOXTEL and cable wireless internet. We will also provide access to surfboards/scooters/bikes on request. The garage is not available for use. Given it is our family home, some of our belongings will remain in warbrobes/kitchen with space made for guest items. We share our home only when we are travelling, so contact is by phone or to hand you the keys. We have local support should there be any problems during your stay. La Perouse is located on Frenchman's Bay and is flanked by picturesque national park and several white sandy beaches. Whisper quiet, beautiful views, spectacular sunsets and cafes (Thai, seafood, Pizzeria, Cafe) just footsteps (50 metres) away. There are 3 safe swimming beaches within 5 minutes walk and lovely bush or coastal walks. Take a walk out to Henry Head through the National Park for a view back towards Bare Island. Yarra Bay Sailing Club is a 10 minute walk away where you can enjoy a drink or family friendly meal while the kids play on the sand. For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses within 5 minutes drive. Fish or dive around Bare Island just 5 minutes walk away. Little Bay is a neighbouring suburb, a 10 minute walk to a wine bar, pizzeria, Asian restaurant and small grocery store. Surf beaches (Maroubra and Coogee are a 6 and 10 minute drive respectively). Matraville (2 minutes by car) has Woolworths (grocery store) and 10 minutes away is Westfield Eastgardens (large shopping mall). The bus to the city (X94, L94 and 394) is just 2 minutes walk away. The bus to Central Train Station is a 10 minute walk away in Little Bay. Please not there are 18 steps to access the house which is great for the view but may not suit some travellers. Inside there are 2 internal steps on the lower level, and steps up to the second level.
