Over 3 guests, $20/pax/night A family home with loads of yard, the house is set on a thousand square meters. Great neighbourhood and easy access to public transport, highways and shopping centres. The rooms are generous in size with good natural lighting and air flow through the house. Outdoor animals will be considered. A bond of $200 is payable 2 days before arrival and will be refunded with in 48 hrs of departure, once confirmation that no damage has occurred. The lower level garage and storage area is used as my office space. I will intermittently be at the property and may access the main house area to use the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Woolworths and Aldi are located at Monier Shops, next door to the Monier Hotel and Drive through Bottle-o. Located near the Ipswich, Centenary and Logan Motorways makes getting out and exploring easy. On the weekend, Inflatable World is set up at the Brisbane West Indoor Sports Centre, 27 Bellwood St. Alternatively, if you are into Cross Fit, Ninja or Parkour, Centenary Playground (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a little further up the road at 75 Bellwood St. There is are lots of cycle paths and walking trails. For those who enjoy a ride, you can ride into the city, 20km, on cycle paths with only a kilometre of on road cycle lane, finishing with 5km of relaxing riding along the Brisbane River. Heading south-west, the cycle paths take you out to Springfield Central where you can cool off in the Orion Lagoon, have something to eat at one of the many restaurants or chill out at the cinemas. 15 min walk to the train or bus stops. Trains run every 15 mins to the city during off peak and more frequently during peak. Darra is the intersection of the Ipswich and Springfield lines, so lots of options for places to go with easy. By car, Darra is located at the junction of Ipswich and Centenary Hwy's. So getting North, South East or West is easy.
