A porch with a timber deck is faced in the front yard next to the dynamic road. the main bedroom is at the front of the main road which could be a bit noisy. The other two bedrooms are at the back of the house facing the rear garden. pedestrian access through the front gate and parking facility is available in the back yard with a remote-controlled sliding gate. It is located in a very convenient place with easy access to all amenities and the city. Vehicle access is through 2C Winifred Street through the shared Driveway. two cars can be parked on the premises and close the gate. Please make sure not to park on the common driveway. We live close by and can be there in 10 mins if required Great neighbourhood. 5 mins drive to the Glenroy shops and Broadmeadows and airport west shopping centre is about 15 mins away. It's about 10 mins drive to Essendon DFO and Tullamarine Airport is about 20 mins away. it is located in a residential block. so, please make sure not to disturb neighbours and especially keep the nice level to an acceptable level during the night. Oak Park railway station is about a 5-10 mins walk. Oak Park Mc Donalds is across the road. It is about 15 mins drive to Melbourne CBD via Citylink toll raod. Netflix 4K is available on the TV. your phone can be connected to the surround music system via Bluetooth to listen to music. G Hub in the house can be used to turn the lights on or off or open and close the gate with voice commands.
