Boutique superking room & bathroom - 500m to ferry

Want to experience living in Hobby Point? Are you working in the area, visiting family or is the hand over of your new house delayed? We offer a boutique super king room in our new home (can also be set up with 2 single beds or a king single & workspace). The room is on ground floor, while we live on the first floor (living) and sleep on the top floor. We are located in Hobsonville Point, 700m from Catalina Bay with its restaurants, The Hangar (shared workspace), Farmers Market & ferry terminal. We can offer different room set ups. With the super king bed, the room is very much a bedroom only. The bed is amazing, so we think it's worth it to have less space as our priority would be to have a fabulous sleep while we are away. If you choose a single bed (also super comfy) and work space set up, it is obviously more spacious. We only use quality linnen, all 100% cotton. The private bath room is next to your room. You can park in the street. There is ample parking around, but why not leave your car parked and walk around in Hobsonville Point as everything is close. We are well travelled and have been in Auckland for 15 years, so if you are after any local gems, hit us up. Feel free to walk upstairs to the living room to ask as anything or send a message on our mobile #. More than happy to assist with any travel plans or tips too. We are in Hobsonville Point, a 2 minute drive away from the S18 motorway on ramp, 20 min to Auckland City Centre (off peak). The ferry is a 500m walk away, as well as the farmers market and Catalina Bay itself with its lovely restaurants such as Fabric, Siamese Dolls & the Little Creatures Brewery. We are next to Bomb Point Park and the 5km coastal walk. Supermarkets are about 2km's away as well as more coffee places and take away restaurants. Parking is on the street in front of our house, there is ample space. As all the amenities are within walkable distance, while a car is handy, you do not necessarily need one as you can get by with walking, a bus, ferry or Uber.
