Gaze out at the Mississippi River, the Alton Amphitheater and Riverfront Park, Alton Marina and the spectacular Clark Bridge across the Mighty Mississippi. Watch the eagles in the distance (seasonal), and even see the Gateway Arch on the horizon. Perfect for private use or for entertaining! A common inside stairway and corridor leads to entrances of all four on-site apartments - 3 on the second level and 1 on the third level of the building. Parking is readily available on the street in front of and on the side of the building, and in a public parking lot across the street. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. Street parking, but we're right on a corner with plenty of spots available in front and on the side of the building.
