Located 5 minutes to the heart of Williamstown bayside. The home is fitted with central gas ducted heating to all rooms. Split system heating/ cooling fitted in master bedroom and main living area. Ceiling fan in living area. Challis street shops are only 100 meters from the front door. Shops include; Post office, hairdressers, chemist, cafes, deli, Wilde interiors/ florist even a yoga studio! Refusal to disclose ID will result in bookings not being accepted/ cancellation We take the safety and security of our home seriously. Please discuss the following with your guest group so all guest have full understanding of house rules and expectations. The local area has many great cafes & restaurants for friends and family get togethers. Private gatherings in our home is not permitted. Do not invite other people into our home. We do not approve of guests arranging visitors to our home. The home is for the sole use of registered bookings only. No exceptions. We are governed by our insurances and do not give permission for other people visiting our home cancellation of bookings may offend Third party guests are governed under Victorian trespassing laws and can regretfully result in cancellation of the booking. Please supervise children at all times. No bikes, trikes, scooters or toys with wheels inside. Damage to floorboards will incur charges for any damages caused. Strict cancellation policy. Our toy poodle Sully will be on the property during the times we utilise the Studio. Sully is very familiar with co hosting and sociable, with families and children alike. We will maintain the front garden watering during long stays. Our time when in the garden and In close proximity of the home will be limited, discrete and respectful of your privacy during your stay. The home is strictly for the sole use of the guests who are registered and have paid for the stay, at the time of booking. No third party guests/ visitors permitted Strictly do not invite other people to our home during your stay. (This is against our house rules and could result in the regretful cancellation of the booking) The area has restaurants and cafes for catching up with friends and other get togethers. This is our family home we pride ourselves on providing comfortable stays for other family groups. The home is to be left in the clean state which you received it. Note;Additional cleaning charges will apply if our house rules are not respected. This is a non smoking home. We do prefer guests who do not smoke at our home. We appreciate if you take your shoes off inside the home. Strictly no high heels on the floorboards👠 No toys with wheels inside. Check out guidelines; -Please switch off all appliances and lights when not in use. -Please switch off electric blankets when checking out. -All used linen is to be put in the laundry hampers provided. -Please empty the fridge/ freezer of any left over food wipe out any spills. -Floors to be swept/ vacuumed. -All rubbish removed. We present our home to you for your stay clean and tidy and well maintained. Please show us the same consideration when checking out. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Wheelie bins are located in the side driveway of property, on the right hand side. For extended stays rubbish bins go out on nature strip on Wednesday nights for rubbish collection Thursday mornings. Please recycle according to local council guidelines.
