The Blue Beach House

A short stroll will bring you to beautiful white sandy beaches or relax in the blissful bird-filled garden. The house is privet and fully equipped with quality linen provided. The Blue Beach House boasts a large landscaped block with valley and ocean views. Relax and indulge yourself under the pergola and look out onto the lush, colourful and extensive garden, most definitely the best place to hang out. Summer or winter this house is relaxed, comfortable and cosy, and decorated with an artistic flair. Beautiful sunlight streams into the kitchen and lounge room with wonderful morning light and sunsets from the front deck. Start your day listening to the morning birdsong, and take a walk to the beach. Guests have the entire house and garden to themselves with access to all the amenities. The house has two driveways, and the lower one can accommodate a large vehicle. I am available for any assistance needed to help you have a happy and enjoyable stay. The Blue Beach House nestles in the undulating hills of the old part of Quinns Rocks which is historically a cray fishing settlement and a popular beachside holiday destination for Perth locals. Quinns Rocks and has grown into a popular and thriving community close to all important amenities including Marina's, shops (Joondalup boasts the biggest shopping centre in Perth, only 15 minutes away) cafe's, restaurants, public transport and pubs. Even with all of these modern and exciting changes, Quinns has managed to maintain its pristine environment and stunning beaches. Diving, charter boats, kite surfing and fishing are just a few beach activities, with national parks and wineries just down the road. The bus route runs directly past the house and is linked to the rail line. From the house, you can access Perth City, Fremantle, Midland and Armadale.
