Luxury, jacuzzi, pool and view of the Pyrenees

From the first moment you arrive you imagine yourself in luxury and tranquility. From the first moment you arrive you imagine yourself in luxury and tranquility. You can park your car in the private driveway which can be closed by a gate. You open the door and enter our spacious hall. From here you walk through the dining room. The first thing you will notice is the large glass front of the living room which daily treats you to the most spectacular view of the Pyrenees. When you look further, you’ll see our wonderful swimming pool of no less than 5 by 10 meters and up to 2 meters deep. In the summer it is a wonderful place to relax under the parasols. There is a metal gate around the pool for safety. Is it colder outside? No problem at all… .. on the side of our house you will find the 5 person jacuzzi. Set to 35 degrees by default. The spacious garden also has a large trampoline with a safety net for children of all ages. Further on you will find a lot of fruit in our fruit trees in summertime. (apples, pears, plums and figs) Under the veranda it’s wonderful all year round, in the summer it provides shade, in the winter it gives a lot of warmth because the sun is shining in. With an average of about 10 hours of sunshine a day. Under the veranda is a large dining table for 10 people and a BBQ. Let’s walk back in. When you walk out of the garden you enter the seating area. Here you’ll find a spacious sofa and a number of armchairs. There is a smart TV with Netflix subscription and a HEOS sound system (also by the pool and in the large bathroom). If you walk further in to the house you will enter the dining room with a beautiful dark wood table with 8 seats. From here you’ll walk straight through in to the fully equipped open kitchen. Among other things it has: a 5 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, a grill, 2 fridges (1 American with icecube maker and freezer), a built-in espresso machine and all the pot and pans etc. you may need. Through the dining room you'll walk intothe hallway to the bedrooms. Here you will find 3 bedrooms set close together that share a bathroom with toilet. The first room has 1 bunk bed with a pull-out bed and a box spring and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet. These two rooms have a view of the Pyrenees. Opposite you will find the third bedroom with a box spring, a loft bed and a closet, and the bathroom. If you continue in the hallway, you will arrive at the largest bedroom with connecting bathroom. The bedroom has a double box spring, an air conditioning unit, a very spacious closet wall and again a great view of the Pyrenees. The bathroom has a double sink, toilet and walk-in shower. In short, you will not be short of anything in our home! • The house also has a washing machine and dryer You are free to use the whole house except for the shack. Our local caretaker is allways nearby if you experience any problems It is a beautiful landscape with picturesque villages, yet fully equipped (supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, etc. are all close by). Take trips in the mountains. Visit Lourdes. Or go shopping in the beautiful city of Toulouse. Parking (spacious) is possible on private (to be closed) grounds. Public transport (train) is available in Saint Martory an adjacent village just over 5 minutes drive away.
