Al Casale di Borgo Sorbatti with pool and garden

Al Casale is part of Borgo Sorbatti, a country residence, with swimming pool, belonging to the Sorbatti family since 1800. It’s located at the entrance of the medieval village of Loro Piceno, about 30 km between the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains as well. A family atmosphere, perfect for families and groups of friends. Supermarket and shops are nearby. Free WI-FI, floor and ceiling fans, TV, dishwasher. Surrounded by a centuries-old park with private pool, 'Al Casale' is composed by 1 single room, 4 double rooms, each with private bathroom, a double living room with balcony and reading corner, a dining room, a kitchen with fireplace and a furnished porch for relaxing and having breakfast outside. The large garden all around "Al Casale" and the other 3 Borgo Sorbatti residences, including the owners family house, makes a corner of peace, particularly well kept, close to the countryside with expertly worked and planted fields and towards the small historical center of Loro Piceno. The swimming pool set in a green lawn with a border of white and fuchsia roses, has a comfortable large staircase to access, part is reserved for children, part has a pleasant Jacuzzi to enjoy. Wi-fi is available every where in Borgo Sorbatti Al Casale has a heating system for the winter period (extra fee €1,00/cubic meter is required for consumption). The pool is available for free to Borgo Sorbatti guests, generally from June to September. During the check-in, Borgo Sorbatti staff will take care of the guests showing the structure and providing all the useful information. Keys will be given for independent access during the stay. We’d like to point out that 10 euros will be foreseen as a refund for the duplicate, in case of loss. We will send you some information to reach Borgo Sorbatti when you make the reservation and we will also provide you some information about services nearby, restaurants where you can taste the local specialties and about tours you can do during your holiday! Loro Piceno in Southern Le Marche is a beautiful walled hill top town surrounded all around by soft and green hills. Still a genuine and agricultural landscape. 45 minutes driving from Conero and about 30 km from the beautiful, majestic Sibillini mountains. 15 minutes from Macerata, the regional capital which holds a spectacular open air opera season every summer in the ancient Sferisterio, an open air concert arena. Borgo Sorbatti is surrounded by small and interesting cities of art and beautiful villages (Sarnano, San Ginesio, Cingoli, Treia, Montelupone); Frasassi Caves, Urb Salvia archaeological site, Nature Reserve of Fiastra Abbey, Loreto Sanctuary and Giacomo Leopardi House in Recanati are also very easy to reach. Fashion outlets are always open (Tod's, Prada, Fabi, Autre Chose, Lori Blu, and many others). Having a car to drive around is necessary. From A14 motorway, exit Macerata / Civitanova M., take the Civitanova M./Foligno highway and exit at Macerata ovest heading towards Sarnano along the SS78 until the junction to Loro Piceno. From A1 motorway, exit to Orte, follow direction to Terni / Spoleto / Foligno, take the SS77 up to the highway towards A14 Bologna / Bari. Exit at Macerata Ovest heading towards to Sarnano along the SS78 until the junction for Loro Piceno. After about 4.5 km from the junction, following the directions towards to the center of the village, you will find the entrance to Borgo Sorbatti. The nearest airport is Falconara Marittima (Ancona) about 90 km / 1 h. Transfer is organized on request. Check-in is generally from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m; different time check-in is possible on request. Please note that for later check-in, after 7 p.m. and up to 11 p.m., an extra € 20 will be charged to be paid in cash on arrival, an extra € 50 later than 11 p.m. We do not accept arrivals after midnight, while arrivals before 3 p.m. have to be confirmed as well; we will do our best for you. Check-out is before 10 a.m. Our outdoor space is available for later departures in case of need and on request.
