A small cottage with two small bedrooms one with a small en suite the other just a bed and small cupboard to hang clothes Downstairs a lounge with log burner and an area with table and two chairs though another two are within the lounge Newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine electric oven and gas hob and microwave Also a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower Outside a small patio area which can be a lovely sun trap Parking outside for one car Adults seeking a small sanctuary Can call us whenever Colyford is a tiny hamlet on the main Exeter 3052 It is walk to Colyford grammar school There is a church and a couple of local pubs and a post office with shop In Colyford which is about a mile away is a tram that will take you through the conservation area which protects the wildlife around the marsh There are some lovely cafes on Beer beach and also a lovely cafe called The Hideaway on Seaton beach A nice pub for evening meals is located in Axmouth about a couple of miles away and it is called The Ship but we do advise you to book There are buses that run to Dorchester or to Exeter they generally run every hour There are also local buses and Axminster train station is about 5 miles away. Ideally it's easier travelling by car The Cottage is situated about 5 minute drive from Seaton beach and ten minutes drive to Beer beech and 15minutes either way to Lyme Regis or Sidmouth It is on a bus route with bus stop outside Exeter is 26 miles away and is a lovely city to visit Taunton is 45 minutes away Dorchester about 50minutes drive
