HOUSE WITH 2 BEDROOMS IN TROPICAL GARDEN WITH POOL

Ideal for family, the two suites are connecting: one is equipped with a King Size bed, the other has 2 120cm beds that can sleep 1 adulte or 2 children each. Attention is the smallest dimension of double bed and therefore unsuitable for some. At the villa everything is provided for your comfort, the garden, the swimming pool with its Balinese bed and sunbeds, the ball field. As soon as you wake up, you will enjoy a breakfast offered, prepared by the housekeeper, and served in front of the pool. Quiet house near Kep Nature Park, and less than 10 minutes by scooter from the famous crab market and Kep beach. The suites are equipped with air conditioning and a fan so people can choose. The first one is equipped with a King Size bed, the other with 2 beds 120cm beds that can sleep 2 people each, but this is the smallest size of double bed: 120 cm and therefore not very suitable for some people. For the hygiene and respect for the environment, the pool is salt, and the solar water heater. However, an electric water heater takes over if the weather does not allow the production of solar hot water. There is also a safe, a TV that works with DVD player, and a desk in one room The occupants will be the only ones for the duration of the stay. They can enjoy all the exteriors of the house: garden, the ground floor's terrace, swimming pool, ball field, 2 suites and kitchen. Throughout the stay, the couple of guards take care of the property and the swimming pool. The household, the beds and the breakfasts are prepared by them, but they do not provide the dishes for the other meals. They are always smiling and helpful. We also remain available to our guests if needed. It may be possible to have meals delivered to the villa. At home you will find a booklet with all the necessary informations Quiet but close to the Natural Park, the Crab Market and Kep Beach. We can order a taxi on arrival in Phnom Penh. Tuk-tuks come at home . It is possible to rent scooters or bicycles nearby. The house is suitable for families however parents should be vigilant with the children according to the ramp of the terrace on the first floor (see photos) otherwise for the pool it is forbidden to leave children unattended , WE FREE ALL responsibility. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED (bread, butter, jams, honey, corn flakes,fruits juices, milk, tea, coffe ans chocolate) A FRUIT BASKET IS WAITING FOR YOU UPON ARRIVAL. CAUTION: During the COVID period, breakfast is included but not served at the table by staff, and cleaning is only done after departure.
