This is an ideal base for anyone wishing to visit Liverpool or Southport. Garden area by the pond is for guests, all other areas are private The Annex is just opposite from our home, we are available to deal with any enquires personally or by phone. We’re close to many attractions which include Edge Hill University, Rufford Old Hall, Rufford. Martin Mere Wildfowl Trust, Burscough. We are within walking distance to the historic market town of Ormskirk. (Market day’s Thursday and Saturday) 20 minutes drive to Southport, Birkdale and Ainsdale, Formby sand dunes and red squirrel reserve, half an hours drive to Liverpool City Centre or reached by train from Ormskirk along with Aintree Racecourse. Walking distance from the property to a few local pubs, one only 2 minutes away! (Currently closed Monday’s. Booking advised) Half an hours walk into Ormskirk Town Centre which has lots of restaurants, shops and cafe’s and we are also just a couple of miles to Burscough Wharf where you will find various cafe’s and restaurants and many events held throughout the year. Any visitors to the Annex must be by prior agreement with the owners
