Downtown Davis House

Downtown Davis home within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. This rental is for the entire house, unshared. The home has a fully-fenced back yard with a beautiful sycamore tree, trampoline, sandbox and patio seating. Two off-street parking spots and plenty of street parking. The home has a large family room with TV, dining room, kitchen as well as a separate living room. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combo. In addition to the beds, there is a pack and play in the closet for visiting babies. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. We are available by phone and just 25 minutes away if there is a problem. This is quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, the Davis Food Coop, Davis Farmers Market, parks, movie theaters and Amtrack. There is public transportation - a bus stop about a block away. The Amtrak station is about six blocks away with service to Sacramento and the Bay Area. We also have bikes in the garage that guests are welcome to use - two adult bikes and three kids bikes, used by an 8, 6 and 3 year old.
