'Lo Montagnar' Apartment with terrace and garden

Located in a quiet but central area in the Aosta Valley and close to the points of interest, 'Lo Montagnar' is a small but welcoming accommodation for two people and offers a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and a kitchen \ living area. . The outdoor areas include terrace and garden. The accommodation has been recently renovated with a distinctive and unique style and has everything you need for short or long term stays. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building overlooking the small road that crosses the village on one side and the gardens and countryside on the other. The almost entirely fenced outdoor areas (about 80 square meters) include a grassy garden with deck chairs to relax in the sun or in the shade under the tree and a table with benches and possibly the grill to eat and cook outside and enjoy the nice summer weather. In front of the entrance there is the terrace also equipped with a table and chairs, a chest with tools and products for cleaning inside and containers for separate waste collection. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on the right in front of the bathroom and the kitchen / living area on the left. The bedroom with double bed (equipped with linen according to season) is equipped with shelves and hangers on the left and a 32-inch Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi. The small but functional bathroom with a niche shower includes a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo (shared standard formats, no hotel) and two sets of towels. The kitchen includes two induction burners, a microwave oven, a kettle and everything you need for cooking and eating. Supplied with coarse and fine salt, coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar. At the back there is a sofa to relax near the pellet stove which is very easy to use and safe. For greater safety, the smoke alarm and the monoxide alarm are active. It is therefore obviously forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Ideal as a base for hiking, around the various ski areas, castles and attractions of the valley or for a simple weekend relaxation at the spa or in nature, the accommodation is located in the lower part of the municipality of Introd, at the entrance of the Gran Paradiso national parc. 10 minutes from the valleys of Rhemes and Valsavarenche, 20 minutes from the Valle di Cogne and Valgrisenche, 25 minutes from the thermal baths of Pre Saint Didier, 30 minutes from Courmayeur and Skyway, 40 minutes from La thuile and Pila and 20 from Aosta. Two free parking options are available. The first is the public parking (near the church and playground) about 80 meters from the apartment, the second is to park along the road that runs alongside the apartment (about 50 meters). All details and info will be provided after booking. Villes Dessous is the lowest fraction of the municipality of Introd and is the first to come up from the main road. It is a quiet village surrounded by greenery. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two story building. The entrances are independent. The apartment is located on the edge of the village towards the south overlooking the road and the houses while towards the north over the gardens and the countryside. The municipality of Introd in a central / western position in the Aosta Valley extends over a vast area that starts from about 700 meters above sea level to its highest point the 'Becca del Merlo' at 2960 meters above sea level. It includes many hamlets such as the village of 'Les Combes' chosen by Pope John Paul II and Benedict XVI in the past for their holidays in peace and tranquility surrounded by nature. Lying at the entrance to the Rhemes and Valsavarenche valleys and the Gran Paradiso National Park, there is a vast network of paths and farm roads perfect for all types of walks and excursions. The main attractions to introduce are the 12th century castle, the bridge and the Parc Animalier as well as of course the unspoiled nature. There is a sure free public car park 70 meters above the main road that climbs up from Villeneuve near a small church. After parking, continue on foot going down through the village until you reach the secondary road. After that turn left continue for 10 meters and turn right. To facilitate your arrival, I usually come to receive guests directly in the public parking lot or in the street. You are therefore requested to give me the approximate time of your arrival in order to free me from any commitments, accompany you to the apartment, complete the formalities and give you the keys. If you have preferences for check-in or check-out times other than those indicated, please let us know as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate technical times permitting (cleaning, maintenance, other guests).
