청주대학교 인근에 위치한 조용한 원룸 입니다. 청주에 출장 등으로 방문하시는 분들이 조용하게 묵어가실수 있는 아담한 방입니다. (1인 전용) Welcome! Our guest house is a clean and private room which is located near Cheongju University. Best for a guest who is visiting Cheongju as a business trip or short trip. (1 person guest only) * 저희 숙소는 자가격리 목적으로는 사용하실 수 없습니다. 원룸 구조이며, 방 크기는 약 5평(16.5m2) 이고, 침대는 슈퍼싱글 사이즈입니다. 한 분이 묵으시기에 적당한 크기입니다. 주방에는 기본 식기류, 접시와 그릇, 프라이팬과 냄비, 컵 등이 준비되어 있습니다. The guest house is a studio which is about 16.5 square meters. You will find a cozy super-single-size bed in the room. We recommend this room for one person guest. In the kitchen, you will find: cooker, fridge, kettle, frying pans, cups, spoon, and folks. 주차장 사용 가능합니다. 주차장에 차단기가 있어서, 차종과 차량번호를 미리 메시지로 알려주시면 비밀번호를 안내해드리겠습니다. 주차는 건물 앞에 하시면 됩니다. 주차장 가운데 통로로 차량이 출입하는 관계로, 차량을 양쪽 벽에 바짝 붙여서 주차 부탁드립니다. 같은 건물에 부모님이 거주하고 계십니다. My parents who are living in the same building can help you if necessary. 청주대학교 정문 앞 번화가에서 조금 들어간 조용한 골목에 위치해 있습니다. 청주대학교 학생들이 자주 이용하는 맛집들이 근처에 있습니다. 차로 조금만 이동하시면 청주에서 유명한 카페촌인 수암골에 가실 수 있습니다. 최근 젊은이들에게 인기 있는 율량동 번화가도 차량으로 약 10분 정도 걸리는 위치에 있습니다. 북청주정류소에서 도보로 5분 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 서울 남부터미널에서 북청주정류소로 운행하는 직통 시외버스가 있습니다. 바로 근처에 버스 정류장에서 청주시 대부분의 지역으로 이동 가능합니다. Cheongju Bukbu Terminal is located in 5 mins distance by walk from the guesthouse. There is a direct bus line from Seoul Nambu Terminal to Cheongju Bukbu Terminal (Buk Cheongju, 북청주) Public transit is very comfortable - you can go to almost everywhere in Cheongju by bus from bus stops nearby. 1. 흡연 금지 (화장실, 베란다, 복도 포함 모든 건물내 금연입니다. 흡연은 건물 밖에서 해주세요.) 2. 반려동물 금지 3. 파티나 이벤트 금지 4. 체크인은 15:00 이후입니다. 5. 체크아웃은 12:00 이전입니다. 다음 게스트를 위해서 시간을 꼭 지켜주세요~ 6. 예약한 손님 외에 방문객은 허용하지 않습니다. 7. 일반쓰레기, 재활용 쓰레기를 구분해주세요. 8. 이 게스트룸은 모텔이나 호텔이 아닙니다. 다음 게스트님을 위한 준비가 용이하도록 체크아웃 시에는 설거지를 해주시고, 사용하신 물건들을 원위치에 정리정돈 부탁드립니다. 9. 진공청소기가 옷장 안에 준비되어 있습니다. 1. NO SMOKING in the building (room, balcony, aisle). Please smoke outside the building. 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. No parties or events. 4. You can check in after 3PM. 5. Please make sure to check out by 12PM for the next guests. 6. We are not allowed to bring other guests who didn't make a reservation by Airbnb. 7. Please separate general garbage, and recycled garbage. Plastic bags for garbage are included in the guest package. 8. Please do the dishes you used, and arrange items in original position. 9. A vacuum cleaner is available in the closet.
