Oulx, two-room apartment with a large garden

Charming apartment in an amazing panoramic position, situated at the ground floor in a small building with a large private garden (100 mq), directly accessible from the balcony. It's composed by a living room with a separate furbishing kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and indipendent garage. A few minutes walking from the train station and the village centre, 15 minutes by car to the most famous ski vilages in the area (bardonecchia, Sauze d'Oulx, Cesana). Quiet, fresh air, sunny exposition The condominium is located within a small private area bordered by remote-controlled gate. Access to the apartment down a wide staircase treads; It is not suitable for wheelchairs. It has 3 single beds in a room (bunk bed + "kangaroo") and a double sofa bed (160 cm large) in the regular living, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, hi-fi, satellite TV with DVD player. Autonomous heating. I'm not living in Oulx but I'm available by phone in every circumstance. The apartment is surrounded by the green mountains, at the entrance of a natural reserve and the Cotolivier hill, for hiking and mountain biking. In the village there are shops, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, ATM and a large park for children; a shopping centre in 5 minutes by car, a stables and a zip-line adventure. Oulx is 80 km away from Turin (by highway) and is accessible by car from the Frejus Tunnel or from the pass of Montgenevre; by train from Turin or from France (stopping in the TGV). The Upper Susa Valley has a bus network for travel from Oulx to Cesana-Claviere-Montegenevre, Sauze d'Oulx, San Sicario, Sestriere. Train to Bardonecchia.
