The Garden Apartment

The Garden Apartment is the downstairs half of our beautiful 'Troppo' house located in a quiet suburb close to beautiful Casuarina cliffs and rainforest, several local parks, the University, the hospital and Casuarina shopping centre. The apartment exemplifies 'indoor-outdoor living' with the open-air kitchen and french glass doors which open both spaces into one. There is a private entrance, a dedicated under-cover park and a shared 12.5m pool to enjoy. The Garden apartment is a colourful and stylish space best suited to accommodate singles or couples +/- a young child. The upstairs house, which has its own car park and entrance, is leased to a quiet professional couple. Shared spaces include the pool and the clothes drying area only. The Garden apartment can be accessed either by a path immediately to the right of the house or a private door off the garage. The pool is shared with upstairs tenants (who are responsible for pool maintenance). The apartment has its own washing machine. The clothes line on the lawn is yours to use (the upstairs tenants have a separate washing machine an drying area). Should you need an electric clothes dryer it is in the lockup area off the garage - shared with upstairs. Our property manager Anja is a phone call away in Darwin. The street is a crescent, quiet and has two parks within it. It is 5-10 minute walk through to Chsrles Darwin university and not much further to the beach (Casuarina beach s as f cliffs) - beautiful at both ends of the day. From the beach turning left takes you on a wonderful coastal bike path to Rapid Creek, night cliff and beyond - where you can find pop up eats several nights a week. To the beach and right takes you to a gorgeous rain Forrest ride / walk and, eventually out yo Lee point. This is a stunning ride / walk / run. You can refresh at De La Plage cafe on the foreshore on the way back - again, gorgeous. Also close to Royal Darwin hospital (5 min drive) of Casuarina shopping square. You have one dedicated undercover park (right side) under the house.
