Central Market Apartment - 5 minutes to riverside

The Central Market Apartment offers a true Khmer living experience in a modern, fully equipped private-owned home. The balcony offers comfort with views of Central Market and colorful local business. Many excellent local restaurants and café (Cyclo, Noir, Brown) are within 3min walk. Bayon Market is ultra-modern 10-min away on foot. On the southside of Central Market is a modern Sorya Center Point Mall that offers a modern Lucky grocery store, cafes, gym, cinema among others. The apartment includes one bedroom, a large living room, a small kitchen, and a balcony. Only the bedroom is equipped with an A/C. There is a ceiling fan and a stand fan in the living room. The apartment is on the second floor accessible via a shared staircase inside the building. The first part of the staircase from the ground floor is a bit small and dark but flashlight is provided. It can be accessed 24/7. I am working elsewhere during the day but my family is just next door. I would love to receive guests personally if I am available. I am available to be contacted by phone and other social media platforms. I am more than happy to assist guests in any way I can so that they feel welcome and have a comfortable stay. The apartment is within proximity of the City's major attractions such as Central Market, Night Market, Wat Phnom, Riverside Park, The Royal Palace, the National Museum, the Independence Monument... There are also shopping centers nearby with supermarket. The closest is Soriya Centerpoint which is about only 5-10 minutes walk. At Soriya Shopping Center there is a few restaurants, a food court and supermarket that guests can get their grocery from if needed. There is also a few Cafe's around. The latest added to the neighborhood is Brown Coffee, popular for the locals. Mondulkiri Cafe is just at the corner on Street 61 opposite Central Market. Some of the bus stations like Giant Ibis, Sorya Transport, Post VIP Van, Bayon VIP are just a few minutes walk to the apartment. During the day, there are many tuk-tuk around which is the easiest way to get around. Metered taxi is always available on call. Grab is also available in the city. There is also a few transport booking apps, a famous one is called Passapp which guests can use to book a taxi or Tuktuk. Guests might also explore the city with the City Bus. The Central Market stop is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The City Bus has A/C and is very comfortable and very low cost. For about USD0.40 per trip you can go any bus routes in the city. An App called Stops Near Me helps you with the bus routes and stops. The City Bus (number 3) also brings you to right in front of the airport. The rest of the apartment is provided with a ceiling fan and a stand fan. 2) There's been a few guests expressed concerns over the independent staircase at the back. Guests may also opt to get in and out through my family's house next door but they have to be back before 9pm. 3) This is a home, not a hotel.
