Lakefront Property on Cayuga Lake w/ Private Dock

Beautiful lakefront property with private dock, just steps from water. Leave all your worries at home...you're at the lake! Enjoy all of your privacy during your stay with self check-in. However our fabulous groundskeeper can be at the house within minutes if any problems arise! There is a two pet max for all pets, with an additional $100 cleaning fee. To book with pets, please message us and we will give you a special offer for your reservation. This airy, water front property has a massive kitchen, seating up to 14 guests. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, toaster, keurig, all utensils, and baking/cookware. Enjoy your breakfast on the front porch watching the sunrise over Cayuga Lake. Take a five minute scenic stroll down to Wolffy's Grill & Marina for a delicious drink and meal with a view! For ice cream, the Cayuga Lake General Store is our favorite place. If any problems/questions arise during your stay, our groundskeeper will be on call and available at any time. Just a phone call away. Just a 10 minute drive from historical Seneca Falls, NY. Visit the local coffee shop, two museums; the It's a Wonderful Life museum and the Women's Rights museum are available for your perusing. Enjoy delicious pizza and chicken wings at our favorite place, Avacoli's, or have it delivered right to the house. Parker's Grille in downtown Seneca Falls is also another meal option. Brochures are available in the kitchen to help you decide. Top's Friendly Market, our local grocery store, is a quick stop in town. Drive a little further for Walmart, Walgreens, and Kinney's gas station. Sauder's is our dutch bakery and deli. Go there for pies, pretzels, cookies, subs, souvenirs...they have a little bit of everything there. They are closed on Sundays. Walking and biking are appropriate on the lane in front of this house. Everything else is accessible by car and less than a 15 minute drive. You will be provided a small amount of toilet paper upon your arrival for your convenience. Sheets, comforters, pillows, and blankets are provided for you. Bath towels are also provided for you, but we do NOT provide beach towels and the towels we do provide should not be used as such. It may also be necessary to bring makeup remover wipes or sponges as we ask guests to refrain from using our bath linens to remove makeup, as it stains. Please remember other essential toiletries: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc. In the kitchen there is a full size crockpot, electric griddle, electric skillet, blender, keurig, a set of nonstick pots and pans, a 9x13 pan, and essential utensils. Please do not use any metal utensils on the nonstick pots and pans. Plastic and silicone utensils are available. We provide for you one garbage bag and one dishwasher tablet per day that you are staying. Please plan accordingly. There is a washer and dryer at your disposal. We do not provide detergent. *Please do NOT use the bath towels for outside use for any reason. As a nice gesture, a few Keurig k-cups are provided, in case you check-in in the evening and plan to do your shopping the next day. We also have a normal coffee pot that uses coffee grounds in one of the cabinets in the kitchen. You should plan to bring or buy your own coffee for your group for the trip for either coffee maker. We have a gas grill available for use. Please remember to clean the grill once you are finished using it by bringing the grates to high heat and then scraping them with the wire brush spatula provided. This is a non-smoking property. Guests are subject to additional cleaning fees if evidence of smoking is found on the property upon check-out. The 6th bed is a queen size murphy bed in one of the the main floor living rooms. With two people in each bed, the house does sleep 12. There are three couches for additional sleeping, and/or you are free to bring air mattresses if you have more guests.
