I am 5 minutes away from masonicare. 18-20 minutes from Yale university, Yale hospital & University of New Haven. I'm 10-15 minutes away from Quinnipiac University. Quiet between 10PM-7AM. The living room, bathroom & kitchen are shared. I am on a main road so you can hear the cars going by. Otherwise it's in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to the highway. There is the Oakdale theater & an Italian restaurant in walking distance. Downtown & the train station are 5 minutes away. I have off street parking. ******NO DRINKING or DRUGS please! Don't bother booking, I will tell you to leave. ******** ONLY ONE vehicle per guest: no work & personal vehicle. I have other guests to accommodate. Shared: Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Room.
