Your home away from home. This is the perfect setting for solitude seekers and nature lovers. My home is a sun drenched haven in the woods. Welcome to Pine Bush, a quick trip from the city, by car, an hour and a half away. Also accessible by train to the Middletown stop and a quick cab ride. Much closer than Kingston or Woodstock and even more peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy the outdoors or veg out inside with beautiful antiques and movie props. Tv’s and electronics are all modern. Beautiful and peaceful setting, large spacious house. Great natural light, green and lush exterior. Walking distance to one of Hudson Valley's best restaurants, The Old Grist Mill. Walking distance to Shawanagunk Kill, swim and fish. Ten minutes from Angry Orchard, twenty minutes to New Paltz, thirty five minutes to Storm King, fifteen minutes to Middletown for shopping, movies, etc. Hannaford grocery store ten minutes away, in town of Crawford. •Entire house •On days I can accommodate you, I offer a late out check option at 4pm for an additional $40. •A phone call away, I live in Queens when I am not up in the country. Thank you so much!! •Visit Angry Orchard for craft ciders and a lovely 100 acre apple orchard. •Christopher Jacobs Winery, a mile away. Beautiful outdoor setting, live music on weekends and great local wines all spun together by a lovely local man. Highly recommended, and a very close country drive away. •Roosa Gap State Park, a seven minute drive away. Take a walk along the mountain crest and check out the lay of the land. This park is free, never crowded and plenty of parking. •Various farmer’s markets, Soon’s Orchard is a favorite of mine, about 20 minutes away. They sell fresh cider doughnuts, farm raised meats and dairy, and you can even pick your own apples! A car is best, but we do have UBER!!! •Keep in mind this is a functioning household so sometimes there may be some food items left in the fridge. Whatever is in the kitchen is up for grabs. Help yourself to anything you may find in the refrigerator, condiments and dry goods and spices in cabinets. •The house runs on well water so I would recommend drinking the bottle water provided for you. There will be plenty of bottles cold and ready for you in the fridge. For cooking, the well water is fine to use.
