Cherry Tree Cottage sits within a 10 acre lifestyle block and is in close proximity to Matamata township which has numerous cafes and restaurants, banks , pharmacies and essential shops including two supermarkets. There are two ponies, Dragonfly and Red, on the property and a friendly dog called Meg. This comfortable new home offers all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining area and lounge opening on to a generous deck. The bathroom and bedroom are spacious with a king bed that can be split into singles if required and a bed settee in the lounge providing a second double bed if necessary. The deck has an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue in its own private garden setting. The main garden of the adjacent property can also be enjoyed by guests. The owner, Anne, will be available to help guests in any way possible but there is a Lock Box for the key to the property so that guests can come and go independently. The property is 2.5 Ks. from the centre of Matamata and the cycle trail between Te Aroha and Matamata runs past the gate.It is centrally located to lots of attractions in the Waikato area including Hobbiton, Wairere Falls, the Blue Springs, Waitomo Caves , Firth Tower and Opal Hot Springs. Rotorua, Hamilton,Tauranga and Mt Maunganui are all a one hour drive away and Lake Taupo, one and a half hours.
