Located in a secluded area, surrounded by greenery makes it an ideal place to spend the holidays. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the Saint Gotthard Region. It is also a great starting point for walks, bike excursions or celebrations such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, Team building, etc. The cabin is divided over 3 floors: Ground floor: sauna, 3-seat sofa bed, shower + 2 WC’s, cellar, and central floor heating coils with heated water from a pellet stove. First floor: Kitchen, bar, living area with 20 seats, fireplace. Second floor: loft with 2 double rooms, and one triple room and 1WC with a bathtub. Outside: garden, large grill, and seating for 40 people. The whole structure, with the garden, is available for the guests. The Gotthard region is unique for its history, the beauty of its nature and for the various activities that can be carried out in the area. The "Baita Cucurei" is a great starting point for all kinds of excursions like: walking, trekking, climbing, and biking both by road and MTB, etc. To better plan your stay, contact the Info Point Leventina to get up-to-date information. It is advised to have a vehicle because public transport to this location is very limited. How to arrive at the cabin Cucurei by automobile: On Highway A2 take the Airolo exit and follow the signs for the village of Nante. After you arrive to the church take the first street on the right and pass all the houses until you arrive at "Culiscio". At the cross roads, before the fence, turn left and continue on the gravel road for about 300 meters (it is recommended a 4x4 vehicle for this last part). On your right is the Cabin and parking is free.
