Long Beach home, great location.

Our place is in a quiet, peaceful area. We are located near restaurants, shops and the beach. Parking on premises, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, along with daily water and snack/breakfast bar offered. We have a private parking spot for our guests located in our driveway. Entry for our guests is a semi-private back entrance. We can be available for questions, directions etc. Very comfortable queen bed, extra pillows available. Large back yard area and sun deck are common spaces. You will be allowed access through the utility room in the back of the house, semi-private area, this is to enter and exit for Air BnB guests; no access to the washer and dryer located in the utility room. There is a nearby laundry mat, 2-3 minutes walking distance. We can be available for questions, directions, etc. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, coffee, and the beach. Home is set in a quiet residential area. Check out time is 11am. If you do not have a car, nearby bus stop is available; as well Uber and Lift are easily accessible. We do not allow use of our washer and dryer. There is a laundry mat very close by, about 2 -3 minutes walking.
