Light and airy studio loft

This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, fruit, and yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Or take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and toaster oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic We are located beside a regional highway with a roundabout and you may hear some traffic. The loft is completely separate from the house; the door has a keyless entry system for easy check in:) Hot tub, BBQ and outdoor fire pit is a shared space with us:) The pool is for family use only! You decide your level of interaction with us. We tend to hang outside in the early evenings on weekdays or late afternoons/evening on Sat and Sun. You are welcome to join us or enjoy your privacy in another space like the front porch or back lawn fire pit. Sometimes we end our days with a glass of wine or a beer in front of the covered porch fireplace. We live on a one acre lot in the "country". We have neighbors and a farmers field behind the house. There is a highway nearby and you will hear the traffic. We live in on a one acre lot adjacent to a regional highway. Although we are very accessible by car, there is no public transit. There is plenty of parking in the large driveway We do not allow our guests to invite other visitors. We have wifi which works great for regular use. However, being in the country, our WiFi is not always stable for streaming videos or netflix. Its often a surprise....sometimes Netflix is great other times it times out! The joys of country internet:) The pool is for our personal use and not available to our guests.
