La Casa dei Filett

The Filett House is a large italian vintage style apartment in Olate district. It's located in an elegant setting with large communal gardens and enjoys, from its balconies, a beautiful view of the mountains of Lecco. The city center, the lake and the station are easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes or by nearby public transport in 10 minutes The Filett House has belonged for generations to the Villa family from Lecco. On the entrance guests can read the curious origins of the house's name and look at the photographic corner that tells a part of the family and Lecco town history. From the balconies that surround the apartment you can enjoy relaxing moment with mountain view The apartment is ideal for large families, up to eight people. It's located on the first floor of the central building with a lift. There is a large entrance, a dining kitchen for six with a big washer/dryer machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, a living/dining room with television, two double bedrooms and one two bank beds, two bathoroom, one with a large shower (with seat) and the other with a bath. It has a poket wi-fi. Guests have access to a communal parking area inside the condominium I usually take care of my guests and, when ever possible, Icheck my guest personally. I like to meet guests directly and make them feel at home without invading their space. I live in Lecco and I'm available for all their needs The building has a small lift (3 people max). Unfortunately is not large enough for wheel chairs
