Heated summer house- up to 4 guests

this is a lovely large room with a bathroom and limited kitchen facilities- it has underfloor heating and 2 double beds- there is ample parking - we near exeter and dartmoor this summer house is comfortable for dogs and children and our house and garden is set up to accommodate both the guests have seperate access to the summerhouse without the need to access the main house it is 4 mins in the car to the village and 12 minutes to Exeter
