My place is 7mins drive to Junction mall a very busy mall in the neighborhood. 10mins drive to the beach and 5mins drive to Spintex road which is a major business district. Getting to the market is also not a problem. Their is a golf course down the road and I have a lefty golf club at home. Also DRC Recreation Center is 7mins walk from my house, it’s has an outdoor Olympic size swimming pool, Car Race, Skirting Park, Long Tennis, Basketball and Football field. Uber and Bolt are available and if you choose to use public transport, it’s 3mins walk to the bus stop.
