Looking for a clean and cozy place to call home for the next 13 weeks? We've got you covered. We host for female traveling nurses only (sorry, guys!!). This listing is for a single bedroom on the main level. This bedroom has a queen size bed. We only host female traveling nurses. The bedroom door does have a lock for privacy. Home fully furnished. Kitchen fully stocked. Washer and Dryer in basement. All rooms have 32-inch smart TV. (no cable) Large backyard with privacy fence, hammock, patio set. Newer appliances. (Hidden by Airbnb) Fiber WiFi. We provide for each guest: Brand new bedding (you can take it with you when you leave!) all cleaning supplies, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, vacuum, mop, broom, paper towels, wallplug in air fresheners, and a few other things to minimize what you need to pay for and pack while you’re a guest with us. See other details section! You will have access to the whole home as if it were yours. Your bedroom is your private space, the other bedrooms are the other guest private space. The rest of the home is shared. It is a 4 bedroom/2 Bath so you will not have a private bathroom. Please note: This is shared housing, where you are required to clean up after yourself. We provide the broom, mop, vacuum, cleaning supplies, PLEASE USE THEM. It makes the experience as a guest 10x better when all guest do their part in keeping the home clean. THANK YOU! I do not occupy the home, it is solely a home that we rent. We live minutes away, and you are able to contact us via text or Airbnb messages if you ever need anything. We are at the home as needed, which is several times a month, so you will definitely see us in passing. Lees Summit Hospital - 17 minutes. St Lukes East - 13 minutes. Research Medical Center - 13 minutes. Belton Regional Medical - 19 minutes. St Lukes Hosp main on Wornall - 20 minutes. KU Medical Center - 25 minutes. CenterPoint Medical Center - 24 minutes. Liberty Hospital - 25 minutes. We only host female traveling nurses. We are pup friendly! We do not allow overnight guests, of any kind, in any circumstance. Must be respectful of other nurses space and keep the common areas tidy and clean. DO NOT allow dirty dishes to pile in the sink, do not leave clothes in the washer/dryer restricting others from use, do not lay/store your personal items (clothing, etc) in the common areas such as a living room. You will have your room to store your items in, so please keep this in mind when packing and do not over pack. If you are traveling with a dog: Pups must be spayed/neutered, UTD on all shots, and friendly with other pups. We do require that you use waste bags to clean up after your dog when they use the bathroom in the yard. You may also opt to hire someone for this-there are several local companies that do weekly pet waste cleanup. Must be house/kennel trained. Dogs must NOT bark when your away so others are not disturbed. Pet fee does apply. Please message prior to booking if you're traveling with your furry friend to make sure its a good fit!
