There are 2 more houses next to it, currently uninhabited. The place is extremely quiet with the exception of the occasional field watering. The field of the house is full with trees like apples, big nut trees, hazelnuts, cherry and other that will provide a nice shade and a spot to chill however the fruits are reserved for us :). There is plenty of space for your own cultivation if you decide to stay a bit longer. The place has been our summer spot for over 20 years. Everything you need for your daily life are located within 10 min walk towards the village including pharmecy, fast food, bus station, supermarket, coffee place and more. The turistic village of Paralia will provide you with a lot more things to do, there is a bus station 5 min away by foot from our place that will take you there in under 10 minutes, also there is a bus every 15 minutes. You will have access to the hole house except 2 designated storing rooms and the basement. During my first reservations i will do my best to be with you all the time. Well only the neighbours at the moment are the creatures of nature! Your transportation can be arranged before arrival (up to 4 people). For up to 7 people there is a 120 euro taxi from the airport to the House. The house is located in a somehow remote location, we have a wild owl in the area that could scare you with its sounds! Owls in the old times where considered symbol of wisdom. Its the symbol of Godess Athene and it is said that before the battle of Salamina an owl flew over the Greek army.
