City buzz sleepover!

Sharing is caring! I am offering my bedroom space for the city buzz people! This is a place for rest and re-charge before heading of to explore my hometown of Malmö! Welcome! Important: Even do the listing has two adults as a standard I will host two adults plus up to three children (a family) if you are seeking refuge from Ukraine 🇺🇦 My home is big enough to transform in the time of need. Peace! The bedroom is yours to spend time in but I don’t mind company as well as quiet time. I’m sure we’ll get along :) The bathroom and kitchen are for sharing as well as my living room. I work a lot and should have private time after 10pm since I use the extra space in the kitchen area for sleep. Balcony access :) You can use the kitchen whenever you like (for easy prepared meals) and living room space between 8am-8pm so that the sound levels meet the housing criteria (it should be quiet between 10pm-7am. This applies on the bedroom and for example loud talk or high volume music). I am flexible, social and respectful. Work a lot so you might have the flat to yourself a couple of nights in a row. The apartment will never have more then one space rented at a time so you’ll always share the space with me. The cats will be in the living room area during nights. My apartment is situated in an residential area with a view of an wonderful old building housing a primary school (Johannes school). 350m from Södervärn main buss station (local and regional buss point) 450m from Triangel metro station (2nd stop from Copenhagen airport) and Triangel station for Flygbussarna busses to and from Malmö Airport. (Website hidden by Airbnb) • Mutual respect for our check-in/check-out agreements. • No external visitors - No extra guests allowed. • I have two furry roommates called Gray and Pink so you need to have in mind possible allergies. • If you are a smoker, there is an ashtray at the entrance outside the building. Some tenants still have old contracts so they are allowed to smoke indoors or on their balcony. That does now apply to my home. My apartment, including the balcony area is strictly non-smoking. I have signed a contract with the rental company. Please respect this rule because it can affect my housing situation and the deposit will be confiscated as a fee if this rule is broken.
