The Strand - Merry Beach House, Kioloa

The Strand is a newly renovated beach house situated just a minute’s walk from Merry beach and adjacent to the National Park and Pretty beach. Located one row back from Merry Beach, the house is a short walk to the surf or to the shops. Enjoy a coffee, order take away, dine in at the popular Merry Beach restaurant or just relax at the house with access to fast internet and free streaming services. We offer early check in of 12pm a late checkout of 2pm (except Summer peak). The Strand has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 guests, and has two toilets. Upstairs the main living area is airy, open and spacious with high, cathedral style ceilings. The lounge area has a 60 inch TV with complimentary Netflix, Stan, Kayo Sports, Amazon Prime and Disney + with HDMI inputs and Ultimate Ears Bluetooth speaker. Internet is high speed allowing work from home and HD streaming - there is no free to air TV. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed family and friends and features a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), stove top coffee brewer, electric fry pan, toaster and kettle. Eat at the breakfast bar that seats 4, the indoor dining table that seats 8 or outside dining. If you want to challenge your family and friends the home has dozens of games to play, from Trivial Pursuit 2000s version to scrabble and monopoly! There’s a PS3 and 2 controllers. Relax outdoors on the covered, wrap around deck with sun chairs, an 8 person outdoor table and gas BBQ. The outdoor seating area is private with surrounding trees, UV block out shades and roof. A laundry has a washing machine and dryer and is available for use. Everything is waking distance - a flat 1 min walk to relax on Merry Beach and 20 min walk to Pretty Beach. The Merry Beach shops are 2 minutes on foot where you can enjoy take away food, shop for supplies or dine in meal at the restaurant. The large driveway has space for a 4 cars, a boat or caravan is available at street level at the front of the property if required. The house is all yours! The house is located within a 1 minute walk to Merry Beach, no need to pack the car. The Kioloa store, take away and Merry Beach restaurant is a block away. Pretty Beach, the Kioloa Boat ramp and Murramarang NP are a close drive away, otherwise park your car and relax.
