Welcome to your own (pet friendly!) oasis in the Hudson Valley- very centrally located to all and complete with private nature paths to explore across 17 acres. Enjoy a gorgeous view from your large, private wooden deck and take advantage of all the trappings of home with a fully stocked apartment! This place is SPACIOUS, with a full kitchen, living space with couch/sofa bed and WiFi enabled smart TV, bar area, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large bedroom with a Queen bed. The space is an attached apartment on the lower floor of a three-story home, with the upper levels inhabited by my husband and I (in our 70s). We live on-site for the majority of the year and will typically be available to assist as needed. The home is situated on 12 acres of land, and in addition to the interior space you will have access to the lower outside deck (partially covered), the large back yard, and the walking trails that lead through the woods behind the yard. On-site parking (un-covered) will be available for up to two vehicles. Perfectly situated to enjoy the Hudson Valley Outdoors - Walkway over the Hudson, Minnewaska and Mohonk State Parks, and Pick your Own Pumpkins and Apples nearby. Please note a car is needed to get around the area. A list of local restaurants, bars, coffee-shops, shopping, hiking trails, and points of interest will be made available to you upon your arrival. The apartment is pet friendly. There is no fenced in area for dogs but plenty of space to run around in the backyard.
