The Folly @ Bluegums Cabins - Family cottage

This is a light filled 2 bedroom holiday home with the most amazing views of a big sky and the world heritage listed Barrington Tops in the distance. There is a beautiful log fire for summer and air conditioning for the summer. You can really relax and take this beautiful world in all from your deck. When you are finished relaxing you can explore the forests and rivers or visit Dungog with it's amazing mountain bike tracks, Brewery and gorgeous little shops and (Website hidden by Airbnb) all up to you:-) The Folly is located less than a 5 minute walk to the salt water swimming pool, tennis court and a kids play area. Located on 180 acres of bushland with the chance to see wallabies, echidnas, water dragons, koalas and oh so many beautiful birds! Maps will be be provided of all our favourite places to explore in the Barrington Tops. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace but we live on site (5 mins away) and are contactable by phone or text. Access is via a lock box on arrival. On the edge of the Barrington Tops national park and beside the Chichester Forest there are so options for exploring amid ancient forests and crystal clear waterfalls. Dungog is a happening little country town that is becoming a hub for mountain bikers. Lots of little craft shops and art galleries popping up, plus some great shops selling beautiful items, many repurposed. No visit to Dungog is complete without a visit to the Tin Shed Brewery to meet the locals, have a burger and sample a local brew or two. There is a train station in Dungog but we are 20 mins drive away and there are no buses (or taxi's or Uber) so you will need to drive unfortunately....but bring your bicycle as you can use that to explore
