On offer is a lovely self-contained half house, recently renovated, suitable for a couple and pet-friendly. We keep the back half vacant and use it ourselves only occasionally. Both halves have their own access and facilities and are separated inside by two lockable doors and a small hall. Bright, fully fenced, with wifi, garage & deck with BBQ, this is really comfortable accommodation. Discounts apply for longer stays. The accommodation on offer has its own entrance, private deck with table, seating and BBQ, overlooking established gardens, and its own double garage with automatic door. There is a bedroom with QS bed, ensuite, loungeroom, integrated meals and kitchen area and laundry with trough, washing machine and dryer, tucked away in a cupboard. The unit is equipped with a hot/cold split system and an additional gas heater in the meals area, and an electric blanket in winter. Kitchen has a dishwasher. There is NBN wifi throughout. Guests can access all parts of the accommodation and have exclusive use and access to the double garage and deck. A gated fence encloses the deck/al fresco area and separates it from the backyard, which may be shared with us when we come over (see plan). Check-in is keyless via smartlock as we don’t live on site. However, we are available for anything you may need. Just give us a call. Frankston is a bayside suburb connected to Melbourne by train, bus and freeway. It is also the gateway to the beaches and wineries of the Mornington Peninsula and offers nice beaches and events locally as well. Frankston is an activity hub for the area with university, TAFE, hospitals, shopping centres and large sport and recreation complexes. In particular, our accommodation is in the suburb of Karingal. It’s on a very quiet street and at walking distance to local shopping centre with Coles supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, post office and takeaways. The Karingal shopping hub is also nearby as is Ballam Park and several other smaller parks for pet walking. Bus lines No. 770/771 are one block away. There is quick access to freeway to Melbourne or Peninsula link. 10 min car/bus to Frankston CBD, Frankston station or beach (50 min walk) 3 min by car to freeway to Melbourne/Mornington Peninsula. 1 min walk to bus stop (bus line 770/771 to Frankston station and Langwarrin) 10 min walk to Ballam Park and a lot less to smaller parks. 500 m to local shopping centre 2 min by car to Karingal Hub To give you peace of mind and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, our accommodaton has been prepared for you following the enhanced cleaning and sanitising protocol recently published by Airbnb. The protocol is in agreement with the guidelines produced by the Australian Department of Health, which are available on their website.
