This light and airy sunny room has it's own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. the room has lovely views, over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away. This light and airy sunny room has windows on three sides, all overlooking the countryside or garden, not overlooked by any other property. The bed is super king size, its huge and very comfortable. The shower room is ensuite, with a large shower. Breakfast will be brought to you at a time agreed. Your room has it's own entrance, exclusively for you to use. Leon and I are normally around, if not there is a self check in, we will send you the details if need be. we are happy to be contacted during your stay, in person or phone, happy to give local info or to leave you to have your own space and privacy. We live in a small hamlet surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of great walks and historic interest. The Ferry inn is a short walk from us, ideal for an evening meal. Please see my guide book for more details. Our home is set in four acres. There is very limited, if any public transport, so a car or bike is pretty essential to get around. The nearest train stations are Appledore, Ashford and Rye. No taxis from Appledore.
