Cozy beach house in residential compound in Golem

Only 40 minutes from Tirana, this recently renovated beach house is everything you need for some relaxing days by the beach. Fully immersed in the shade of the pine trees, the house offers a beautiful and private garden, a spacious terrace with barbecue and sitting area, living and kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms and two baths, all decorated with care and taste where everything talks about sea and sun. Great also for romantic evening night because of the wood stove. The house is located in one of the first residential compounds built by the sandy beach of Golem, it's very well located in terms of distance from the sea, only 100-150 m, and of course 30-40 minutes driving time from the airport and Tirana City. The open concept kitchen and living area is completed by the outdoor cooking/dining and sitting area in full privacy, the 350 sqm of garden and of course the two bedrooms with two baths available for the guests. The neighborhood is a typical beach area, with two residential compounds, grocery stores, where you can find all kinds of fresh food, vegetable and fruit, coffee bars and restaurants by the beach, all this in walking distance. Parking is available in front of the Vienna Compound and the house is located in the second row of constructions. I'm always a phone call away for any problem or need. It's great to spend some nights away from the city, but also being so close to it, and enjoy the stars in the sky. There are alot of very nice restaurants and a couple of modern resorts in the area, just for a change.
