Private room in period home

Ivy House is a period detached house within a large, enclosed garden situated halfway between Liverpool and Manchester. Just a 5 minute drive to j23 on the M6 and a 7 minute walk to Earlestown railway station with regular direct trains to Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington Bank Quay. Accommodation consists of a large luxury double room upstairs with Sky tv, Netflix,Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a Microwave and a small fridge with fresh milk. A self-service continental breakfast is included to enjoy in your room or in the garden if you wish. I live on the premises with my partner Ann, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have. If you are an early riser it is a 3 minute walk to the market square where on Fridays there is a general market and on Saturday a popular flea-market opening at 6am. The High street at Newton-le-Willows is a 20 minute walk (taxi around £3) and has many restaurants, pubs, and small independent real-ale and wine bars. We are a 5 minute drive to j23 on the M6 and a 7 minute walk to Earlestown railway station with regular direct trains to Liverpool (35 mins), Manchester (23 mins) and Warrington Bank Quay (9 mins). On-street parking just outside the property.
