Located on the ground floor of 1920's villa, ideal to accomodate a little family or a couple , living room with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom with window and large shower, double bedroom with wardrobe and adjacent little bedroom with a bunk bed. Direct access to the private garden and the poo that is shared with the owners who host. Villino Chiarina is bright , impeccably finished and well equipped. The host's artistic sensibilities can be seen in the choice of materials and furnishings, making the apartment homey, authentic and welcoming. Just 3 minutes from the small village of Parlascio and 6 minutes from Casciana Terme. If you want to give you a stay immersed in nature without giving up the confort , Villino Chiarina is the right place for you! The private parking area, the private garden, outdoor solar shower and the pool. The pool is sometimes shared with me and my family but not with other guests. I will be available in mutual respect privacy but.....You're on vacation! We never interfere with guests unless specifically requested and we have a separated access to our house, we share only the drive way with the gate. Parlascio is a tiny hill- town up to Casciana Terme and the quiet area whit unpolluted air... There is a well -grocery store at two minutes to apartments and a small bar and up the place of Parlascio, there is a pretty little church. In my country there is the waste collection. At only 20 minutes you can reach a large well - stocked grocery store and the entrance to take the higway. In Casciana Terme there are a big Pharmacy and launderette. Every Thursday of the week there is a fruit and vegetable market in the bus square of Casciana Terme. A bus station there is in Casciana Terme at 10 minutes from Villino Chiarina. in Ponsacco, near Casciana Terme there is a car rental...if you want a taxi or bus service contact them. Our position is favorable for reaching the most important cities of Tuscany, Volterra, San Gemignano, Siena, Firenze, Lucca and Pisa. Just 30 minutes from the sea.
