2nd floor guest room. 120 sq ft. Twin bed, armoire, chair, end table, floor lamp, table lamp, bureau, desk with a chair, and new carpet with pad, newly painted, new curtains. Mainline Philadelphia w/no tunnels or tolls to city. Near corporate centers in region but medieval miles away at the same time for a restful stay in a stately castle. Local schools are Villanova, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Swarthmore, Cabrini, Rosemont, Baldwin, Shipley, Harcum, Malvern Prep, VFMA, and Agnes Irwin. NO CATS! The room is very cozy and quiet. Nicely decorated with wood furniture and a new comfy Tempur-pedic style mattress. Room is perfect size for one. A closet and a large French country style armoire can hold a lot of clothes with room to hang suits, dresses, coats, etc. As this bedroom is on the back side of the house, it is very quiet. Guests have access and full use of to kitchen, living room, dining room, and back courtyard. A relatively quiet neighborhood where you can feel a step away from the hustle and bustle but also conveniently located near highways and main roads to get to where you need to go. Local to many little restaurants, cafes, and shops in Wayne, PA. Two regional rails and a bus line are within a mile or two of the house. Parking in driveway and free parking on the street with no permit required.
