Our place is been newly reformed, located in a small park. The area and the house are quiet and secured. We're open-minded and friendly persons. We also like exchanging experiences with the guests when opportunities occur. At the moment, we're both working from home. We're flexible and we'll make sure you do not miss anything during your stay. guests can use the table on the balcony You'll have full access to your room , anytime and with your personal key of your room and the apartment. Full access to the bathroom. The fridge in the Kitchen to store some stuff like (Food , Bottle of water Etc..) and do a small breakfast. It will be a pleasure to help you with anything and to give you the best advises to enjoy the city . The area is quiet where there are more locals than tourists. Around you can do food shopping (Liddle, Carrefour market, Bon area, Fruitos). The area is secured even coming really later in the night. There are restaurant like Japanese, Pizzerias, Kebab Fast Food, Chinease. There are also Bakeries In la rambla Guipuscoa. There are banks around for Cashout (Caixa, Santander...) There is a Pharmacy 24/24 (5min walking) There is a police office (5min Walking) There are basketball pitch and Ping pong area (5minutes Walking) Our place is close to two metro stations on the L2 (Bac de roda and San Marti), 10 minutes walking Max. You also have bus station passing on "La rambla Guipuscoa".
